Never call a top designer "Ugly and disgusting" to his face. EVER!
Apparently while dining at Cafe La Perle in the Marais district in Paris (Galliano's neighborhood), Christian Dior creative director John Galliano began an unsolicited conversation with a couple seated at a table nearby.
The annoyed male eventually turned to Galliano and allegedly said "You're ugly, you're disgusting, move away from here."
OMG! No he DIDN'T!!
A horrified Galliano allegedly retaliated with a stinging remark to the man's female companion: "You're ugly, and your bag is ugly too!".
SNAP!
Witnesses say Galliano eventually blurted out some anti-Semitic remarks, and police were called.
As a result of this incident, the suits at the house of Dior decided to suspend John Galliano from his position until further notice citing a "zero tolerance" policy regarding racism and anti-semitism.
Being that Paris fashion week is coming up, what will happen?
I guess he is considered to be a 24 hour ambassador for the company so what he says and or does is seen as a direct reflection of the house of Dior.
I will keep you posted as I get more details about this matter.

OIL PRICES SET TO SKYROCKET DUE TO MID-EAST UNREST

Libya is the 12th largest producer of crude oil in the world.
The fact that there is currently political unrest in that part of the world should be of GREAT concern to just about everyone.
With ogasoline prices set to surpass $5.00 per gallon soon, we call all expect to feel the pinch....
Even if you don't drive, the prices of all commodities will rise due to the trickle-down effect.
Everything from subway rides to flights, to grocery shopping will take a huge hit... and so will our pocketbooks!
I will keep an eye on this situation as it unfolds and continue to express my opinion on the matter.

ADAM LAMBERT... SLOW AND SEXUAL

Watching the new season of American Idol got me thinking about my very favorite A.I. contestant of all time... the great Adam Lambert!
I just wanted to share a fabulous vid I found of him singing "Mad World" live & acoustic for VH1 "Unplugged" last year.
How am I only NOW seeing this! He's sooo amazingly talented.

 WTF? A.I. has officially had their first FAILURE of season 10!

I was watching in shock & horror as they eliminated the uber-talented and GORGEOUS Deandre Brackensick from the competition.
How could they not put him through to the top 24 at least?! Damn!
Oh well... He's only 16, so hopefully he will be back next year for another try.
